Describe Yourself:I am a Weimaraner breeder/owner/exhibitor. I have been involved with animals all my life. I am here to share information about pets, and dogs and cats in particular, with others seeking advice and input.
-
On Gather, I'm Looking For ...:
My goal here is to establish contacts to facilitate the placement of rescue Weimaraners. Not all rescue dogs have issues! Some rescue dogs are simply down on their luck and need nothing more than a loving forever home.
I'm hoping "Gather" will become a place to help find "forever homes" for these wonderful dogs.
If you have any questions about Weimaraners or rescue please contact me and I can put you in touch with Weimaraner Rescue in your area.

Melody B, Apr 30, 2009, 5:02PM EDTManaged to read the ping. Managed to get to here. Am about to go out for my Thursday visit with Dad. By the time I get back, I might likely forget and have to retrace my steps. This is melodiously common.
It's confusing to not have access to a fully thread of conversation.
Catch you later. -

I am a tad stressed out. The natives are restless.
Two young women in one of my Comp I classes approached me after class. One of them apologized for her complaining attitude. I accepted, know she is stresses (and stretched) because so many papers are due within a week. The other young woman apologized for the class -- yes, you heard me right.
Remind you to tell you about a student who brought her 8-1/2 year old daughter to class. Oh, well, I'll tell you now. Partly. For now, I will just say, twice during class, I told her, "Seriously, look me up when you sign up for Comp I. You follow me better than many of my students." She was a very happy little girl. Her mom, too.
